Buxton is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians.
Buxton went 1-for-4 with a run and an RBI in his return from right knee inflammation Saturday, and he'll sit for the series finale in Cleveland. Willi Castro will man center field Sunday for the Twins.
