Suzuki (face) is back in the lineup Friday, catching and batting fifth, LaVelle Neal of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Suzuki sat out Thursday's matchup with a lacerated chin, but it seems that his chin is no longer bothering him enough to keep him out of the lineup. He'll reassume his normal role as the backstop for the Twins on Friday and likely going forward.
