Bogut (lower leg) is expected to be waived by the Cavaliers to open up a roster spot, Dave McMenamin of ESPN reports.
With Bogut done for the year, the Cavaliers will look to use the open roster spot to sign another player after their upcoming three-game road trip, while Bogut is expected to spend his time rehabbing in Australia with his family. The big man is expected to make a full recovery by training camp of next season, so it's likely, as a restricted free agent, he'll be on the lookout for a new destination for his 2017-18 campaign.
