Zeller is dealing with a sore right knee, Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer reports.
Zeller was recently invited to play with the USA Select Team, which trains with the USA National Team while they prepare for the Olympic Games. Despite the offer, Zeller had to withdraw his name, as he wanted to avoid any further complications. Considering the knee is only listed as sore, it doesn't appear to be too serious and with training camp still months away, Zeller shouldn't have a problem returning to full health prior to its start. Zeller spent the majority of his 2015-16 campaign in a starter's role, but with Roy Hibbert joining the Hornets during free agency, it could mean a move back to the bench for the 23-year-old big man.
