Updating a previous report: Jean-Charles will come off the bench for Wednesday's preseason game against the Magic, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.
Jean-Charles was originally reported as a starter in the Spurs' frontcourt Wednesday, but it appears Pau Gasol is playing and will run with the first team unit. With that said, Jean-Charles could see his minutes restricted again while coming off the bench considering he's recorded a total of just 18 minutes over his first two preseason outings.
