Blair was traded to the Suns on Thursday along with Kris Humphries and a protected first-round pick in exchange for Markieff Morris, Marc J. Spears of Yahoo Sports reports.
Blair figures to be a deep bench asset with all of Tyson Chandler, Alex Len, Mirza Teletovic, Jon Leuer, and Humphries ahead of him on the depth chart in the frontcourt. The 26-year-old has appeared in just 29 games with the Wizards and is averaging 2.1 points and two rebounds over 7.5 minutes. There's a good chance the Suns will waive him, as the trade was mostly about securing the first-round draft pick.
