Barbosa (illness) was ruled out of Friday's game against the Magic, Craig Grialou of ArizonaSports.com reports.
Barbosa was considered doubtful to play after sitting out the second half of Wednesday's contest with the same illness. His absence Friday comes with especially poor timing as he leaves Ronnie Price and Jared Dudley as the Suns' only depth at guard behind starters Tyler Ulis and Devin Booker.
