Durant tallied 19 points (6-11 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three assists, two rebounds, a steal and a block over 23 minutes in Friday's 129-128 preseason victory over the Nuggets.
Durant has looked like a perfect fit into the Warriors' system to date and his performance from beyond the arc has been particularly encouraging. After shooting just 38.6 percent from long range last season, he's posted a 61.1 percent (11-for-18) success rate on three-point tries over four exhibitions. While the common concern is that Durant, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson will all naturally cap each other's production when on the court simultaneously in the coming campaign, they've all been able to generate impressive numbers over a limited four-game sample this preseason.
