Charcandrick West could end up as the No. 2 running back for the Chiefs again this year after Spencer Ware suffered a torn PCL. His injury thrust rookie Kareem Hunt into the starting role but moves West up the depth chart to presumably the No. 2 spot. He held that role in 2016 when he had 88 carries for 293 yards (3.3 yards per carry) and one touchdown and 28 catches for 188 yards and two touchdowns in 15 games. C.J. Spiller will also take work away from West, but unless Kansas City adds another running back, West should be the backup to Hunt. It doesn't make him worth drafting except in the deepest of Fantasy leagues.
