DeShone Kizer, come on down! You're the next one on The Browns Quarterback Game! Fine, that's not how Kizer will become the starting passer for Cleveland, but the second-round pick has the chance to work his way into the lineup this summer. It's not a bad spot to be in -- Cleveland improved its offensive line this offseason and has a decent receiving corps. All the Browns need is a capable passer. Kizer just has to beat out Cody Kessler and potentially Brock Osweiler for the chance to play. It's not a slam dunk because Kizer is a bit of a project, but for now he's the next man up for a Browns franchise starved for quarterback goodness. He's only worth taking with a late pick in the deepest of dynasty/keeper leagues and rookie-only drafts, though that could change with a dynamite preseason.
