Nick Foles went from the backup in Kansas City to the backup in Philadelphia, where he signed a two-year, $11 million contract, with $7 million guaranteed. Foles will now back up second-year quarterback Carson Wentz, and he has minimal Fantasy value as long as Wentz is healthy. In 2016, Foles started one game for the Chiefs in Week 9 against Jacksonville and completed 20-of-33 passes for 187 yards and one touchdown. Foles is not worth drafting in the majority of leagues as long as Wentz is healthy heading into Week 1.
