McCray (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.

This will be the second straight week McCray has been ruled out with a concussion, as he continues to go through the league's protocol. As a depth linebacker, McCray's absence shouldn't have much of an impact on the Bills' defensive game plan.
