Hartline is out for year with a broken collarbone,Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Hartline, who had eight catches for 107 yards before leaving Sunday's game against the 49ers, is slated to undergo surgery to address the issue. In his absence down the stretch run, the Browns will need to turn to the likes of Marlon Moore, Darius Jennings, Terrelle Pryor, Dwayne Bowe and Taylor Gabriel to jostle for wideout looks opposite Travis Benjamin.
