Bethel (foot) is listed as active Sunday versus the Rams, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Bethel has yet to log his first snap on defense this season as a result of lingering discomfort in his foot. Instead, he's received 81 percent of the special teams snaps for the Cardinals, while Marcus Cooper has staked a claim to the starting CB spot opposite Patrick Peterson.
