Mager (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve Saturday.
Mager sat out a week of practice nursing a hamstring injury before falling on injured reserve. Primarily a special teams piece, the depth cornerback's absence should not significantly impact the Chargers' defense. With Mager sidelined, Michael Davis and Brandon Facyson are presented with the opportunity to claim increased special teams snaps going forward.
