Williams (shoulder) is now questionable for Thursday's game against the Raiders.
Williams started the week on the team's injury report but ultimately was cleared Wednesday when he was a full participant during practice. However, the 33-year-old has taken a step backward and may miss the Chargers' Week 15 matchup Thursday night against the Raiders. If he is unable to play, Morgan Fox and Scott Matlock would be candidates to see an uptick in snaps.
