Colts list inactives for third preseason game

The following players will not dress for the Colts Saturday night against the Saints in preseason action: Delano Howell, Vick Ballard, Deji Karim, Jerrell Freeman, Josh McNary, Ulrick John, Xavier Nixon and Montori Hughes.
