Hayden was released by the Commanders on Friday.
Hayden was with Jacksonville from 2018-2020, appearing in 30 games. However, he didn't make an NFL roster to start the 2021 campaign. He was signed to Washington's practice squad in December, but he appeared in just one game for the Commanders -- Week 16 against Dallas -- and played 11 total snaps (four defensive).
