Moore was claimed off waivers by Miami, reports the Miami Herald's Armando Salguero.
Moore was released by the Giants after a series of on and off the field problems. He has the ability to get to the quarterback so if he can mature quickly and keep his head on straight he could help a Dolphins defensive line that is short a pass rusher since the loss of Cameron Wake (Achilles) for the season.
