Parker participated in individual drills at Tuesday's mandatory minicamp practice, Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.
Coming off a rookie season that was largely derailed by foot issues prior to a late-season breakout, Parker has been a limited participant in much of the offseason program, even sitting out some practices entirely. However, head coach Adam Gase stressed once again that the Dolphins are just being overly cautious. Parker's foot is believed to be healthy, and he shouldn't have too much to prove following last year's strong finish.
