Giants' Brandon Meriweather: Ruled out for Sunday

Meriweather (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets.

With Meriweather unable to play for the first time this season, Craig Dahl is the favorite to start alongside Landon Collins. It won't necessarily be a downgrade for the New York defense, as Meriweather misses a lot of tackles and often struggles in coverage. Collins is easily the superior IDP option.
