Giants shelved defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul (hand) arrived at the practice facility Monday to meet with team officials, per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
Pierre-Paul is expected to undergo an all-important medical evaluation to see if it's possible for him to play with an injured hand that required fingers to be amputated from it this offseason. Depending on how that evaluation goes, the next step would be for him to sign his contract tender, but it remains to be seen how the Giants will respond.
