Lucas signed with the Colts' practice squad Wednesday.
Lucas has battled an undisclosed injury since late August, and he was released by the Bears with an injury settlement prior to the start of the season. He'll now land a job with the Colts and may have the opportunity to serve a role on special teams or as depth in the secondary later in the season.
