The Lions tendered exclusive rights free agent offers to receiver Kris Durham, kick returner Jeremy Ross, linebacker Julian Stanford, cornerback Chris Greenwood and tight end Matt Veldman. Durham caught 38 passes for 490 yards and two touchdowns last season, while Ross averaged 29.3 yards on kickoff returns and 16.2 yards on punt returns.
