Giants wide receiver Marcus Harris worked with the first-team offense, alongside fellow receivers Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle, during Wednesday's 11-on-11 drills.

Harris is beginning to draw recognition after performing well since the start of training camp, which included four catches for 49 yards in the preseason opener against the Bills.

"This game is based off trust," Harris said before practice Wednesday, per NJ.com. "The coaches I believe they trust me. Some coaches told me they trust me. Coach Coughlin is interacting with me more. I look at that."

Wide receivers coach Sean Ryan has also had glowing comments about Harris, included among them a statement that Harris "does not drop the ball." Even Cruz is impressed by Harris' progress.

"I think Marcus Harris, from the game he had and streaming into practice, he's been really taking advantage of his opportunities, couple guys being down and things like that," Cruz said. "He's really coming to the forefront here as a good player. We'll see how it goes, but he's definitely one of the guys that's standing out."
