Patriots' Matthew Slater: Out Saturday

Slater (foot) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Jets.

Slater's absence won't have much of an effect on the Patriots' aerial attack, but the team will have to look elsewhere at kick returner with Danny Amendola (ankle) also sidelined.
