Onwenu (ankle) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against Buffalo.
The 25-year-old guard out of Michigan was limited all week in practice after missing the Patriots' Week 6 loss to the Raiders with an ankle injury he suffered the week before. If Onwenu is unable to go once again, Sidy Sow is expected to start at right guard for New England.
