Carrier was not targeted against the Chargers in Week 18 during his return from a 12-game absence.
Carrier, who suffered a pectoral injury in early October, closed out the regular season with two catches on as many targets for 13 yards in five games. He'll continue to provide depth behind fellow tight ends Darren Waller and Foster Moreau against the Bengals on Saturday, but Carrier is headed for unrestricted free agency following the postseason.
