Upshaw finished the 2015 season with 51 tackles (29 solo), two sacks, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.
With Terrell Suggs (Achilles) suffering a season-ending injury in Week 1, Upshaw started a career-high 15 games. Now set to become an unrestricted free agent, the former second-round pick will surely draw interest as an early-down run stopper, but his lack of pass-rushing ability will limit the size of his second contract. It's unclear if the Ravens are interested in retaining Upshaw.
