Seahawks' Terry Poole: Released from Seahawks' IR

Poole (undisclosed) was released from the Seahawks' injured reserve list on Monday, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio KJR reports.

It's unclear how Poole landed on injured reserve to begin with, but the 2015 fourth-rounder is now free to sign elsewhere if he can regain his health.
