Head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that he expects Green to have an increased role in the offense going forward, Dale Lolley of the Observer-Reporter reports.

In three forays to date, Green has received between eight and 14 offensive snaps, yet he's still recorded five receptions (on nine targets) for 97 yards. If he starts to chip away at Jesse James' much larger allotment of snaps, Green could begin to enter the fantasy conversation in a number of formats. Helping Green's cause this weekend is a matchup against the Giants, who have allowed 16.1 YPC and one touchdown to tight ends over the last four games.
