Titans cornerback Jason McCourty (groin) expects to play in Week 5 following Tennessee's bye week, the Titans' official site reports.
"I'll be playing in the Buffalo game", he said Tuesday.
The team's top corner missed the first three weeks of the season due to groin surgery, but he was able to practice with the team last week before ultimately being ruled inactive. Perrish Cox should continue to start, but McCourty's return will probably move Coty Sensabaugh back into a reserve role.
