Vikings stud featured back Adrian Peterson (illness/finger) is listed as active Sunday in Detroit.
A finger injury from last week lingered, but Peterson was able to log a full practice Friday, spurring the Vikings to list him as probable for Week 7. However, he came down with an illness Saturday and was subsequently downgraded to questionable.
While the Lions have held opposing running backs to 4.2 yards per carry this season, they have allowed the second-most touchdowns (nine) to the position, meaning Peterson is a great bet to hit pay dirt.
