Vikings running back Adrian Peterson rushed for 134 yards on 29 carries and added 58 receiving yards on two catches in Sunday's win over Detroit.

Peterson put the concerns that were raised by Week 1's 31-yard performance to rest on Sunday. Though he has entered the dreaded age 30 season and played in just his third game in Norv Turner's offense, Peterson showed that he can still be the focal point of an offense and take over a game. If that sounds like a bit of a blast from the past, you aren't mistaken.

Sunday was Peterson's first 100-yard game since Week 13 of the 2013 season.
