The Blue Jackets recalled Benoit from AHL Cleveland on Saturday, Aaron Portzline of The Athletic Cleveland reports.
Benoit was promoted to satisfy the NHL's 20-player minimum roster requirement. He'll be returned to the Blue Jackets' AHL affiliate after the All-Star break.
