Fucale provides some added depth ahead of Washington's first-round matchup against the Presidents' Trophy-winning Panthers. The 26-year-old posted a 1.74 GAA and .924 save percentage behind a 1-1-1 record in four games with the Capitals during the 2021-22 campaign.
