Gilbert (illness) did not report to the first day of Canadiens training camp on Thursday.Gilbert should be considered day-to-day with the illness, and will likely report to camp in a few days once he has recovered from the ailment. The 32-year-old defender registered 12 points (four goals, eight assists) in 72 games with Montreal last season.
