I don't often post the daily league lookahead because, understandably, it doesn't have much of a shelf life, but I thought this one in particular contained some tidbits that apply beyond just daily leagues. They include:
- Dan Haren has recorded three strikeouts or fewer (usually fewer) in seven of his last eight starts.
- J.D. Martinez completely overhauled his swing this offseason -- "reinvented himself," as he put it -- which might explain his current hot streak and give it some chance of continuing.
- David Price has a dog named Astro (ruh-roh).
