VIDEO: San Francisco's 'Batkid' throws out first pitch in AT&T Park
A five-year-old boy battling leukemia got to throw out the ceremonial first pitch in AT&T Park Tuesday dressed as 'Batkid.'
We were very pleased to pass along the touching story of the "Batkid" back in November -- in which a 5-year-old battling leukemia was granted his wish to become Batman by the Make-a-Wish Foundation in San Francisco. It culminated in AT&T Park, the home of the Giants.
Miles Scott is the boy's name, and he returned to AT&T Park as Batkid on Tuesday to throw out the ceremonial first pitch in the Giants' home opener.
