Throughout his career, DeMarcus Cousins has had trouble controlling his temper, and it seems like nothing has changed in his seventh year in the league.

Frustrated by a foul call that caused him to foul out against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday, Cousins ran into the stands behind the basket and fired his mouth guard in outrage.

Cousins didn't hit anyone with his mouth guard but throwing it coupled with running into the stands is against the league's rules. The NBA fined the Kings All-Star big man $25,000 on Monday and assessed a technical foul.

Cousins now has two technical fouls this season, which is kind of remarkable, considering that the Kings have only played three games so far. When a player reaches 16 technicals in a season, they are suspended one game. Cousins had 17 technicals last season and unless he starts controlling his temper, he may be well on his way to reaching that mark again this season.
