Are the Bengals for real? We'll find out in Week 5 when Seattle -- and its nasty defense -- shows up in Cincy. St. Louis at Green Bay also looks good.
The Colts secured their 16th consecutive victory against a divisional opponent.
Strong's sweet grab brought Houston within three points at the half.
Ryan Mallett briefly exited Thursday night's game with an injury. When he wanted to return, the Texans wouldn't let him.
Andre Johnson scored against his former team.

10/04/15WRCharles JohnsonRibOUTVikings wide receiver Charles Johnson (ribs) hopes to return to the field following the Vikings' Week 5 bye, Ben Goessling of ESPN NFL Nation reports.

Johnson was unable to play in Week 4 due to his rib injury, but he is hoping an extra week of rest and recovery will prevent him from missing any further action. His participation, or lack thereof, in practice next week figures to ultimately determine whether or not he will be able to suit up for the Vikings' Week 6 matchup with the Chiefs.

10/04/15DBJabari PriceShoulderOUTThe Vikings have activated cornerback Jabari Price from the suspended list after he lost the first two games for violating the league's substance abuse policy, per the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.
10/04/15DBAndrew SendejoKneeOUTVikings safety Robert Blanton is likely to start at strong safety this week against Denver with Andrew Sendejo out with a knee injury, ESPN reports.

Blanton had lost out on the starting job and had a limited role off the bench as he didn't even play a snap on defense in Week 2. He should get a full workload Sunday with Sendejo out.

10/04/15DLJustin TrattouFootOUTVikings defensive end Justin Trattou is inactive Sunday against the Vikings.

Trattou backs up Everson Griffin at right defensive end and the Vikings will be without needed depth. Depth is more of an issue than usual with the game being played at high altitude.

10/08/15CBAlan BallGroinQUESTIONABLEBears cornerback Alan Ball accrued a season-high nine tackles and batted away a pass in Sunday's 26-0 loss to the Seahawks.

Though the Bears were beaten handily in Week 3, Ball was one of the team's more impressive performers defensively. In addition to showing activity in stopping the run, Ball was excellent during the Seahawks' final drive before halftime, denying a fade route intended for Jimmy Graham and defending Chris Matthews on another pass attempt.

10/08/15QBJay CutlerHamstringQUESTIONABLEBears quarterback Jay Cutler (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Cutler returned Sunday from a one-week absence due to a hamstring injury and didn't miss a beat, completing 28 of 43 passes for 281 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Considering he was initially given a prognosis of at least two missed games, it isn't a surprise that his practice reps are limited to begin the week.

As long as the healing process continues unabated, he'll face a Chiefs secondary Sunday that has allowed 311 yards per game and 11 passing touchdowns to quarterbacks this season.

10/08/15WRAlshon JefferyHamstringQUESTIONABLEJeffery (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Thursday, Adam Jahns of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

With another limited showing in his back pocket, Jeffery has yet to show that he's in line to return for the first time since the season opener. The release of Friday's injury report will provide a good indication of his Week 5 availability, but if he returns, he could make a mark immediately against a Chiefs defense that has allowed 10 touchdowns to wideouts through four games.

10/08/15LBShea McClellinElbowQUESTIONABLEBears linebacker Shea McClellin recorded nine total tackles in Sunday's 48-23 loss to the Cardinals. For the second straight week, McClellin paced the Bears in stops, benefiting greatly from the Cardinals' decision to run the ball 28 times.
10/08/15CBSherrick McManisHamstringQUESTIONABLEBears cornerback Tracy Porter (hamstring) is out for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, the Chicago Tribune reports.
10/08/15DTJeremiah RatliffAnkleQUESTIONABLEBears defensive end Jeremiah Ratliff was suspended by the NFL for three games Monday for violating the league's substance abuse policy, per ESPN.com.
10/08/15SAntrel RolleAnkleQUESTIONABLEBears safety Antrel Rolle (ankle) didn't practice Thursday, the Bears' official site reports.

Rolle came out of Sunday's game with an ankle injury, but despite clean X-rays, he has yet to practice this week. If he's eventually ruled out, Harold Jones-Quartey is the logical candidate to fill in at strong safety.

10/08/15WREddie RoyalAnkleQUESTIONABLERoyal (ankle) missed practice again Thursday, Adam Jahns of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Royal hasn't practiced this week due to an ankle injury, leaving only one day to show off his Week 5 viability. If he makes an appearance Sunday against the Chiefs, he may have to contend with Alshon Jeffery (hamstring) for targets for the first time since the season opener.

    (Updated 10/08/2015)
10/08/15DTWill SuttonElbowQUESTIONABLEBears defensive end Will Sutton (biceps) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Sutton was expected to slide back to a bench role with Jeremiah Ratliff (ankle) returning from a three-game suspension, but both players are listed as questionable for Sunday, after logging limited practices throughout the week. If both suit up, Ratliff will probably get the start and play more snaps. Neither warrants IDP consideration.
