Clay Matthews' Monday night got off to a rough start.
In the first quarter of the Packers' game against the Eagles, Matthews was on the wrong side of a brutal block and left the game shortly thereafter with what the team called a shoulder injury. Matthews returned to the game after heading to the locker room to be examined.
Here's a look at the hit, which might have caused the injury:

Matthews was still on the field later on the drive, when Carson Wentz scored on a touchdown run, but he definitely appeared to be favoring his shoulder during the play.
So, the injury also could've occurred on that play.

Multiple injuries have already limited Matthews to just seven games this season. So, there's cause for concern for the Packers, who entered the game with the 18th-ranked defense by DVOA.
