The Colts have signed linebacker Nate Irving, according to the team's official website.
Irving, 26, was taken in the third round (67th overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Broncos. The NC State product spent his first three seasons in the NFL in Denver, registering 67 total tackles, two sacks and two passes defensed in 54 games (12 starts). He started eight games for Denver last season before tearing his ACL.
