Colts sign Phillip Hunt, release Nu'Keese Richardson

The Colts signed linebacker Phillip Hunt and released wide receiver Nu'Keese Richardson Tuesday. Hunt spent his first three seasons as a reserve with the Eagles, though he was on the IR all of last season.
