Cowboys list inactives for Week 3

The Cowboys official inactive list featured seven players for Week 3 against the Rams, two of whom were listed on the injury report. Along with linebacker Ernie Sims (groin) and defensive lineman Anthony Spencer (knee), the Cowboys also listed offensive linemen David Arkin and Darrion Weems, tight end Andre Smith, running back Joseph Randle, and defensive lineman David Carter as inactive.
