Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has suffered a concussion, and he's out for the rest of the game against the Cowboys.

Philadelphia rookie backup Nick Foles has entered the game in his place. In his first series, the team went three-and-out.

Vick was hit by Cowboys linebacker Alex Albright after releasing the ball on his final play before heading to the sideline, but it didn’t seem like a bad injury at the time. Vick had been hit a few times on Sunday, but the Eagles didn't allow a sack while he was in.

Fox is reporting that when Vick fell to the ground after the Albright hit, his helmet hit him in the eye and he lost vision. Trainers also were evaluating his eye injury.

Aside from losing their starter, the Eagles have other quarterback problems. Their No. 3 quarterback, Trent Edwards, is inactive, and their emergency quarterback, receiver Jason Avant, is doubtful to return to the game with a hamstring injury. It's unclear what would happen if Foles goes down with an injury.
