Every inch of the Odell Beckham Jr. versus Josh Norman battle has been analyzed at every possible angle. Everyone's weighing in with an opinion, including Beckham's quarterback Eli Manning, who claimed on Monday Norman "cried a little bit" to the media about the Giants wide receiver.
Manning, via the New York Daily News, said he didn't think Norman's behavior "was really necessary" and didn't think either guy was "worse than the other."
"He just cried a little bit so I didn't think that was really necessary," Manning said. "I think both those guys were going at it. I don't think either one was in the right, but I didn't think one was worse than the other.
"I think Norman came out and made his comments, which I think Odell took the higher road so I am proud of him on that aspect."
Of course Eli also recognizes the issues at hand here with respect to Odell, later telling WFAN the "antics" from Beckham create issues with defenses when he's on the field.
Eli on @WFAN660 says he spoke to Odell earlier this season to stop "antics" that get under DBs' skin to avoid injuries.

Eli also added Odell's got "learn his lesson" and "control his emotions."
Eli Manning on WFAN: "Odell, he's got to learn his lesson. He's got to control his emotions." Doesn't sound like enabling to me. #hottakes

The Panthers defensive backs clearly took advantage of Beckham's emotions, taking up occupancy in his head and doing a little jig while there.
Beckham should've cooled down, played his game, put up statistics and helped the Giants win.
