With two projected starting offensive linemen now sidelined, protecting Eli Manning has become "much more challenging" for the Giants, reports ESPN.com.

Starting center David Baas is out at least two more weeks with a sprained knee, while tackle/guard David Diehl will be out six weeks after thumb surgery Wednesday. The report expects the Giants to use Kevin Boothe at center, rookie Justin Pugh at right tackle, and James Brewer or Brandon Mosley at left guard. Right guard Chris Snee is working his way back from hip surgery.

"We'll be fine," Boothe said. "Obviously, Dave's injury is a tough one, but we'll regroup. Unfortunately, we've had experiences with guys going down, so we'll respond."
