Giants sign OT Charles Brown, waive OT Darrion Weems

The Cowboys have signed Charles Brown and cut fellow offensive tackle Darrion Weems, per the team website.

Brown got into two games with the Giants last season, but played more extensively with New Orleans the previous four years.

Weems lost last season to a shoulder injury.
