Hamstring injury knocks Montell Owens, Theo Riddick out of Week 4

Lions running backs Montell Owens and Theo Riddick were both forced out of Sunday's game against the Jets due to hamstring injuries, per ESPN.

Owens, who had been nursing a hamstring injury as of late, was on the sideline in street clothes in the second half. Riddick also re-aggravated the injury in the first half. He had one carry for two yards before leaving the game.

The Lions will host the Bills in Week 5.
